Q. How do I register for VideoStore3000, and what is included?

A. You can register VideoStore3000 by clicking the Buy Now buton in the upper right of this page. You can then make a secure payment using your credit card or PayPal account. You will receive the full version which includes free updates (including major updates) for 1 year. Support will always be available to Registered users - no time limit.

Q. I would like to upgrade from VideoStore98 to VideoStore3000 and keep all my video library entries. Can I do this?

A. Not at this time, but we are currently working on the Import Utility which will to do just that. Your VideoStore98 database/library will be imported to VideoStore3000 fully intact including your custom categories.

Q. If I remove a movie category, will all the video entries that are in that category be removed as well?

A. No. The movie entries under that category are still there and will show up under the 'View All' tab. You can then select each movie title and assign it a new category.

Q. What are the limitations in the Un-Registered version?

A. The un-Registered version is fully functional, but will only allow you to enter 10 movies, DVDs, VHS tapes or other films into the library. We believe you will enjoy VideoStore3000 enough to Register once you try it.
